The Invercarse hotel staff are absolutely amazing! Nothing too much trouble...so friendly, caring, approachable and so attentive! The hotel cleanliness is excellent, as always. We stayed in a King accessible suite this time and it was perfect with its own patio doors. It was great being able to open the window that was part of the patio door but still keep the patio doors locked whilst sleeping. The bed was super comfy, quality of linen and furnishings of a high standard and the amenities in the room were great. The wet room was huge with lovely toiletries. The tea/coffee tray was well stocked and housekeeping were more than happy to accommodate if we needed more. Fresh towels were supplied daily (although we re-used ours more than once... as we would at home....trying to do do our little to help the environment). There is always a friendly, warm welcome at reception and a wee chat if they're not too busy. The bar is very comfortable with a well stocked selection of drinks. The cake was delicious for our afternoon cuppa! The restaurant has spectacular views of the beautifully tended hotel gardens and the River Tay beyond....We've taken so many photos of this view and they never live upto how beautiful it actually is in person. The food served in the restaurant is exceptional, so flavoursome. Great variety too. Worth a visit even if you're not a resident...but remember to book so as to not be disappointed incase they're fully booked! Also, what a view for enjoying a delicious breakfast. Great choice of fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurts and fruit juices. Cooked breakfast has a great range and then lovely, fresh cooked sweet pastries to finish off with a cuppa. The restaurant/bar staff are very attentive and always on hand with a friendly manner. The hotel itself is in a really nice, quiet location with plenty of free parking. Approx 5 mins drive from town centre but noticed there's a local bus service just beside hotel entrance.

We entered this best western Crystal Palace only to check out the hotel and that was no more than 10 minutes to ask a few questions to reception . 2 weeks later we received a penalty charge notice to say we did not pay parking, the bailiffs have been writing to us constantly and threatening us to pay £280 . This hotel brand are very bad and not recommended as they rely on people messing up to top up their profits . Very bad place as they are cheating their customers as you can tell by the staff on the front desk, they should have told us they have such a policy of charging for parking whilst enquiry the prices at the hotel !! Instead of ignoring this fact and letting us get fined

Tried to book Chilworth Manor for pre-cruise 22/12/2022.

Joined programme to get 5% discount. Unable to do so, contacted hotel, suggested contact Customer services.

Have filled in complaints form 3 times.

The staff is unfriendly and uncooperative. I have never been treated that unfairly and unfriendly in any hotel.
I would give zero stars if I could.
From now on, I will stay in different hotels.

Recently called main Best Western customer line, we had lots of points to use up and I managed to book several nights on different dates, with the help of the wonderful team. Nothing was too much trouble for them and our experiences at Best Western Hotels has always been great.

First impressions fine, friendly staff ok room. Don’t come here if you want to get any sleep though, stayed in room 4 and can only describe the noise from generators in cellar and bar refrigeration was akin to listening to a washing machine on a fast spin all night. Alarm went off four times during sleeping hours. Staff not interested. Dont stay here. After waiting two days for a manager to call i have little choice but to slate this awful hotel once again. No call back received, they obviously do not care about customer service.

3 things i want from a hotel regardless of the price, good sleep, good shower, good breakfast. Unfortunately BW Chilworth manor failed on all 3.

Mattress was ridiculously soft, felt like a bouncy castle, kept waking up through the night feeling like i was about to roll out despite the room being wonderfully quiet, sleep was still terrible because of this.

Breakfast was as expected but quality was poor even for a budget venue, and i eat anything! Also was over half way through the breakfast before anyone even asked what hot drinks we wanted!

Then the shower, room 313, was an over bath shower, zero power as fed from taps, stopped briefly when another guest turned theirs on! Was barely a drizzle, stepped out feeling no cleaner or refreshed.

Overall massively disappointed for what is such a beautiful venue and accessible location.

Buingiorno. Il Best Western Hotel Adige è una vergogna per Best Western e Trentino. Questo hotel non può essere 4 stelle. L'hotel fa parte di un condominio con negozi come Tigota, Polli, ecc. Sul retro dell'hotel, a poca distanza (sembra essere meno di 10 m), cisono edifici con le stracci sporchi sui terrazze (foto allegata) . Il balcone della camera è in commune con gli altri ospiti. Quindi vedete le persone che passano davanti alla vostraa porta finestra (mi chiedo, cosa dovrebbe costare mettere un divisorio che si apre in caso di emmergenza per usare balcone come uscita?). Allego le foto di un balcone comune con le sigarette per terra, in un hotel 4 stelle. La stanza ha una grossa crepa in tutta la parete, vecchio cassaforte a muro non funzionante e non demolito (mi chiedo è possibile mettere almeno un quadretto su questa cassaforte?), interruttori sono gratati (vedi foto). Molto strano e scomodo confezione per sapone ( vedi foto). Abbiamo rinunciato alla colazione perché non corrisponde a un hotel 4 stelle. Non c'era tavola calda con pancetta, salsiccia e uova. Croisant e affettati non bastano per livello dichiarato. Questo non è un hotel a 4 stelle - Vergogna.
The Best Western Hotel Adige is a shame for Best Western and Trentino. This hotel cannot be 4 stars. The hotel is part of a condominium with shops such as Tigota, Polli, etc. At the rear of the hotel, a short distance away (it seems to be less than 10m), there are buildings with dirty rags on the terraces (photo attached). The balcony of the room is shared with the other guests. So you see people passing in front of your French window (I wonder, what should it cost to put a partition that opens in an emergency to use a balcony as an exit?). I am attaching photos of a common balcony with cigarettes on the floor, in a 4-star hotel. The room has a big crack in the whole wall, old wall safe not working and not demolished (I wonder is it possible to put at least one square on this safe?), Switches are old (see photo). Very strange and inconvenient soap package (see photo). We have given up on breakfast because it does not correspond to a 4-star hotel. There was no hot bacon, sausage and eggs. Croisants and cold cuts are not enough for the declared level. This is not a 4 star hotel - Shame on it.

Menu is basic and they change it without telling you. Rooms are not cleaned regularly. Dust on lamps, corner wall protection hanging off. Staff handling food after touching faces, hair and nose. Very few wearing gloves or masks.only good thing about this place is the cooked breakfast, continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The AC in the room might as well not be on, had to ask for a fan to get the room cool. The window in my room has no safety latch on it so opens up completely on to a car park. As for the car park 75% of it has barriers around it making it hard to park.

I stayed at the best Western Royal Chase Hotel Shaftesbury. Frosty receptionist and dated room, but wow. It's like staying with friends once your hospitality experience starts. Fantastic service, amazing food. The head chef even sorted my tie. This is such a rare find in todays market. A real family Hotel that goes above and beyond. This hotel has to be the very best best Western has to offer. If you want that home from home Hotel, this is the one in a million

Best Western Chigwell

They are False Advertising. THEY STATE 24 hour room service which they dont. They dont even do room service. THE entire Best Western Group ceased to provide room service over a month ago according to the Assistant Manager at this Hotel, yet a month down the line their website still states they provide this service and have to as a listed 4 star hotel which is part of the minimum requirements to achieve this star rating. So not only is the Hotel false advertising, the entire Best Western Hotel Group are and they have failed to inform Booking.com of this situation who have clarified this morning, they are unaware of the situation and the Hotel and Group have not informed them of any such changes ...... Bad ... Very Bad. Which is why I have applied for a full refund and will be informing Trading Standards and also The Advertising Authorities of the clear Breach in their Advertising Policy to entice customers to stay at this facility under false offerings.

We stayed one night at the bury at edmunds best western. The toilet seat was loose and swung from side to side, the flush only worked after needing at least five pumps to work, the bathroom blind had mould over it, more serious was when my mobile slipped behind the headboard onto the floor as I reached my fingers went into an open broken socket that was half missing and live!, fortunately I quickly removed my fingers. I took video and photos to prove it. Breakfast was disastrous, everything came in stages which meant your first items were cold waiting for eggs or mushrooms etc to arrive, the pastry section was tiny and soon ran out, not to be replenished even after several people requested them. On the plus side the staff were very friendly but overstretched. At £109 per night we expected more than the above.

The Best Western Hotel, Banbury is still advertised as available, however, is not available to be booked by the public as hotel is currently being used to accommodate migrants.

Best western Heathrow is absolutely garbage. No AC control in the room for 2 days, freezing cold. Told it would be fixed but nothing so 2 days wasted literally freezing cold, colder than outside DO NOT COME HERE they do not care nor try to help

We stayed at the Kenwick Park Hotel outside Louth in Lincolnshire. This was our second visit. On the first which was 6 months ago I would have given this 5 stars. Although there were some problems they were quickly rectified by staff. On this visit, the food was mediocre, communal areas had been taken over by non residents, guests at a function. breakfasts were chaotic with hot food in short supply. I requested that the account for our 4 room should all be charged to one room. When we left I was presented with four invoices with random amounts on three of them. The receptionist added the four together and told me the amount which I immediately paid. On my return home I found that she had made an arithmetical error which despite several attempts, I have not been able to resolve. I also had a voucher for Best Western Rewards which were not taken off the amount charged. They did eventually give me a refund on that. I understand that this hotel has been taken over in the past few months. Not happy about that!
